The Work Readiness Programme has been developed to enhance the employability of internship programme graduates by providing you with the knowledge and skills to excel in your future career. The outcome of this programme is to provide you with a Portfolio of Evidence (P.O.E) that can be utilised in future job opportunities and interviews as evidence of work based skills and knowledge gained during your internship programme.

The assessment component is completed through a series of assignments. All eleven (11) of these assignments are compulsory and you will need to follow the instructions provided for each assignments as some of these assignments will from part of your P.O.E. The system has been designed in such a way that you need to complete all assignments and provide evidence in order to qualify for the certificate of completion.
The Work Readiness Programme is a short course and not a formal qualification. On successful completion of the programme, you will receive a certificate of completion for this short course. All students are given 12 months to complete the programme.
